If you put on a few pounds over the holiday season...
New exercise routine.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program! SCROLL DOWN... NOW SCROLL UP.. . That's enough for the first day. Great job. Have a Beer.

I know I am over 40 but I have really been pushing on this one. I have now exercised all my fingers. How is that for commitment. I feel superhuman now.

With it being extremely cold in my front room (I'm scrooge with the heating!) I used my nose to scroll up and down and have now broken my nose, leaving me horribly disfigured (yes, I know some of you may say I was already like that). Expect a letter from my solicitor shortly with details of my claim!
