Default could there be any truth in predictions?

im interested to know what you all think about mediums?
some friends and i saw a psychic a few months ago, and 3 of us had predictions specifically for xmas day! 1 was brill but mine and my mates were not so good, the spooky thing is that they have all come true to the letter. we talked earlier, and im worried now incase any more of it is true. we are definately going again in the new year,
my friend was given messages for a friend of hers but she is not a believer. does she tell her or not?
i was a bit unsure of all this until today but now im well and truely hooked.

I direct you here for a definition and here for Derren Brown's example of how it works, well worth watching.

It's a load of bunkum.

Don`t get me going lol.... my experience not good and I won`t be using that channel again. I`m happy for my future to remain a mystery, what I don`t know can`t hurt me

i was told about something was going to happen on xmas day, i was given exact details and it wasnt very nice, and sure to god it happened exactly.
i phoned my mate who was given a good prediction and she had great news! my other mate phoned me later and she too had had the bad prediction come true exactly,
no one could know these things.

I am a sceptic but can't refute some of the things that people have told me about their own experiences with fortune tellers and the like.

Personally, I am happy to carry on blind. What will be, will be. If there is bad news coming, then the last thing I want is to be told what it is and when it's going to happen. I'd just be worrying about it and waiting for it to happen. If something nice is going to happen, well it'll be a nice surprise when it does.
