Gsxr tail unit
Does anyone know if a GSXR tail unit will fit on an sv650 K5 without too much hassle?

I think Steve Jordan's race bikes run GSXR bodywork (SV underneath), but I have a feeling it's got a different rear sub frame to accomodate it. Anyway, someone with brains will be along to answer your question shortly. Oh, it's a doddle in photoshop by the way, here's my go with the thou's tail section from about a year ago :P

It'll go on but you have to be carefull which one you buy.
IIRC sarahs bike uses a cresent one that incorporates a section for seat foam which is then cut off and the other ones are too narrow. And yes she does use a special subframe but you can buy them off her for not a great deal of money |

Would a 2006/2007 GSXR tail unit fit my 07 SV then? If so what would i have to do and where can i get the parts. i.e. new subframe maybe?
