I watched that, and tried it with my 249kgs VN900. I didn't manage it but nearly did, I imagine it would be better with the SV though I hope I never find out....

Seen it before, but a good vid. This is also pretty impressive.

got no chance of doing that with my back.....or being skinny person. she were like jeff capes in comparison to me, if she couldn't do it , i got no chance,

what he didn't point out is that you should pull in the front brake lever. Stops the front wheel rocking and it makes the bike bounce upright.
Oh and if you ever come off on ice....lift your bike off the road just enough to NOT scrape your pegs and bodywork, then slide it to the curb and push against it, it levers the bike upright also......and that was advice from my best mate as she has done this on her bike.

think i'll lay down

When I had to pick my bike up, it wasn't flat, it was off a verge, like picking it up 120* or so. I was too ****ed off and swearing far too much to think of something sensible like that..

I'm like Olive Oil. I've watched YorkieChris turn his sv round on the sidestand a full 180, but I can just about lift mine with the grabrail to budge the ar$$e end a couple of inches in the garage. maybe we should invest in spinach
