Hi all
would like to know where do I need to go to find some nice twisty roads? So far all I have experienced on my SV are cars, straight roads and traffic lights. |

For roads around London come to the Friday Soho meet and talk to Sid Squid.
Any road he doesn't know probably isn't worth riding!! ![]() |

Wimbledon - loads within striking distance. My preference is old A roads that lead from small town to small town. There are some good ones around stone henge, or south towards portsmouth via boxhill. For real twisty stuff you need altitude changes. A long weekend too Wales is well worth it I think.

Hello fellow SV rider from SW London.
I live in Southfields (and before you ask, Yes, I am South African) How far do you like to go on a ride out? I've got a route that is around 160 miles. Let me know if that's th kind of distance you're interested in. I think Thor's A Road route will probably be fairly similar. |

Anywhere North/NorthWest of Wimbledon is good head for Henely/Reading etc some great A and B roads around with good pubs/coffee shops, fancy a day out then head further up past Oxford in to the Cotswolds.

As some of the Soho lot have seen, you can easily do 150 miles of fun roads without being more than 50 miles from North London.
