Default The cheek of it

Got called a for riding on my own side of the road this morning!

Mercedes coming towards me wanted to overtake parked cars on his side of the road, and I wanted to overtake a scooter, which I could easily do on my side of the white line if I hadn't been forced to give way to an oncoming Merc and I got a

I was filtering last year, I was on my side of the road this guy on opposite road didn't like me filtering so drov his car at me in an attempt to knock me off! To say my boild boiled was an understatment he made a good attempt at trying to kill as that what of happened had I been knocked off.

One day when someone tries it again on me, I might not be so calm about the entire incident....

It's great fun. Don't give in (But make sure you have a backup escape route or 2)

I've had similar happen. A little quick thinking, and I simply stopped (no traffic behind me) on my side of the road - admitedly I wasn't anywhere near the side of the road, but I was on my side.

They kept coming.

So quickly hit the kill switch & stepped off the bike, ready to run & leave the bike there. That's when the guy stopped, as he had no way to squeeze past. Should of seen his face.

I just walked over to his window & asked why he thought he had priority. He swore at me a little, and after I suggested that next time, being patient may mean he gets to his destination quicker, I got back on the bike, started it, and rode as close to him as I could on the way past.
