Default This doesn't look good (brakes)

Could someone have a quick mooch at this pic and tell me whether I should be worrying or not

Rear brake caliper hose, theres a TINY bit of weeping if I wiggle the hose about, is it about to fly off if I brake hard, spraying the wheel with fluid?

Bit of duct tape to keep it secure for now? Or new hose?

That would be my opinion for the front brakes. But the rear brakes get less use (weight on the front end whilst braking).

Personally, duct tape it, and order some braided lines when you get the chance. Keep an eye on the level of the fluid until you get to fit your braided lines.

Fair enough. I try and check fluids weekly, so fingers crossed.

How much am I looking at for braided lines? Also, K3 pointy, H4 headlights yeah, not H7?

Bulbs. H4, Phillips Extreme IIRC @ 80% brighter than stock, £12.99/each?

Braided lines, for the rear I'm not sure, for the front is approx £80. Then add fluid to that cost. You may also need a pressure switch for the brake light (as opposed to the default switch) which is another £5 ish.

Why? It's only the line that's being replaced, not the footpeg hanger, unless I'm missing something?

Maybe me getting confuffled then.

I remember looking at the cost of braided lines yonks ago, and remember looking for a pressure switch too.

But I was also looking at changing the pegs & gear/brake levers at the same time....

Not urgent but replace it, second hand rear hoses are cheap enough.

Edit: you only need to put pressure switch on if you're putting rearsets on

Which don't have the provision to use the standard rear brake light spring (Gilles do).
