Anyone know what a standard SV really weighs?
Just curious... The claimed dry weight is 169 kilos for an S, which is probably a bit of a fib really...

186Kg with a full tank
 .. I duno they seem light compared to some bikes i've sat on. But i put that down to the central weight of the v-twin.

When working out the wet weight, rember petrol less than water its about 0.8/kg, where water is a 1kg/litres.

i believe battery asid, antifreeze, petrol & oil don't count as dry weight?
(manufactures lie a bit) please correct me if i'm wrong? |
