Hi There
I'm after some suggestions for a new bike, and will have in the region of £2500 to spend. I'm after a work horse - something that can be used every day for commuting and other journeys, both town riding and on motorways etc. Also, build quality os important to me - I don't have time to clean a bike everyday (or even every week at times) so need something that can handle the rough stuff reasonably well and won't fall apart. I was thinking along the lines of: VFR750 Bandit 12 Fazer 6 any other suggestions would be great - i'm open to absolutely anything..... Andy |

Kwak ZZR600. An absolute stonking workhorse/weekend tool. A 600cc bike with 750cc feel. 150mph and comfy as an arm chair. £2500 will get you a decent one too.

Half-faired Hornet 600.
Based on the original Hornet, built in Japan rather than Italy. Totally reliable, unburstable, lively engine and good wind-protection. Deffo get one for that money ![]() |
