Whats the recommended measurement?

I did Jackhammers forks and put in 15w oil and kept to the standard air gap.
He's a bit bigger than DB but its a good starting point. I did teh same for mine. 6' 1" 14ish stone. |

I reduced the air gap when i did mine with 15w oil, but then i am a fat knacker

I'll say, ring Hagon and see what they say. Some of the progressive spring manufacturers do use some weird(to you and I) Air gap/oil weight.
Even if it seem quite a large air gap at first, start off with it and go from there depending on how it rides/feel. Do the usually cable tie magic to check amount of travel used. Ben |

On the box it say's 140mm (which is up at dizzyblondes house, hence me asking you's lot)
Have set it to that, and will see how she finds it.
