Default Hagon prog. Springs - Air gap.

Whats the recommended measurement?

This is for dizzyblonde, and she's not a big lass.

I did Jackhammers forks and put in 15w oil and kept to the standard air gap.

He's a bit bigger than DB but its a good starting point.

I did teh same for mine. 6' 1" 14ish stone.

I'll say, ring Hagon and see what they say. Some of the progressive spring manufacturers do use some weird(to you and I) Air gap/oil weight.

Even if it seem quite a large air gap at first, start off with it and go from there depending on how it rides/feel. Do the usually cable tie magic to check amount of travel used.
