Default Leaning to the right slighty

Hi folks,

First time post so would like to say 'hello'.

Bit of a strange problem I think so will try and explain as best I can.

Have got an 02 SV650 s and have had it for about a year now. Have had no problems with it at all but a few months ago I took it for a service and to get new tyres. When I got it back I thought it felt a bit funny while riding but thought it was just me and maybe down to the new tyres but it has become more and more noticeible now.

When I am riding on say a motorway for arguments sake it seems that the bike is not straight, if you know what I mean, and seems to feel like it is a bit off centre and leaning slightly over to the right.

Not to sure if it is just me but was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and has any advice on what it could be?

Thanks folks.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the responses. Will check the wheel alignment.

In answer to your question rictus01, yes it does turnin better one way rather than the other, but no Dangerous Dave I don't seem to feel any judders.

Thanks again

Check your wheel alignment asap, if good then I would say the head bearings might be worth inspecting but I sure you will find it to be the wheel alignment.

Long shot maybe, but did the garage balance the wheels when you got your tyres?

Did they put the spacers back in correctly? All should be revealed by checking the alignment.
