Default So whats the deal then?

As a new forum member - because I just bought an SV and someone pointed me in this direction - it got me wondering.....

Do the majority of member here have SV's (I am guessing so)? Or Is this just a well natured forum in the favour of the SV, but it has become popular with riders of other bikes too?

Just wondering really.

I'd say the majority have SV's still, but there is a growing minority that have swapped bikes to something else, but have stuck around, due to the nature of the forum or more like me in that they've made some good friends and riding buddies.

I think most come here because they have an SV, but if they move on to a different bike they tend to stick about. Went on the "SV" Nurburgring trip last year, out of the group of at least 8 there were only 2 SVs, but we all had fun.

I have an SV. Always have, and probably always will I can dream of new bikes, but in reality, it will never happen!!

However, if the magic 6 come up, then i'll stick around, as this place is a good place to be. There was at one point a worring trend of people swapping thier SV's for Triumphs, but that seems to have sloped off!

I vowed never to be one of them, but i do hanker after a Tiger

If I had the money I'd have one in every colour but only Curvys. I am not at all interested in other bikes.........

I came here too because I bought my SV, and still own one. The people on here are friendly and the advice I get when doing stuff, being a total novice, is invaluable to me.

I love this forum.....
