Been looking for a new lid, as my shoei is a bit long in the tooth and need replacing. tried some on the other day and Arai are the best fit for me. was going to go for an Astro R but i've also seen some cheaper RX-7 corsairs on the web.
theres a site called bikersbargains.co.uk Just wondered if anyone has used them as the latest Arai corsair helmets are ?120 cheaper than most places. Just wondered if they are proper uk ones as most places won't budge from the ?499 rrp. Seen others that are cheaper on ebay but i'm assuming that most ebay ones are not UK spec or dodgy. |

I haven't used them, but they look legit. I think that the prices are cheaper because they're selling end of line stock. So long as you know what size you need, you should be OK. Your credit card company should protect you if there are any problems.
Why not try phoning their free 0800 number and asking questions? That might give you an idea about whether their customer service is good or not. |

My Dad bought his Arai off that site. They sent him the wrong scheme, he rung up, they apologised and offered a replacement for the one he originally ordered. The orignal one was out of stock so they threw in the Haga rep.
They offered to pay for the postage return etc but he didn't bother. |
