If its been on the market a while its worth while asking if price is set in stone. If its new onto market I would imagine answer will be no.
hoping to rent place, once I have sold mine. They market is pretty quick moving at the moment. good luck |

No, anything like that is down to the landlord to sort out. Unless you have a landlord that will pay you to do work on their house like mine does

At this point in the economic crisis, its a landlords market. There are loads of houses/flats out there and lots of renters, so they can name thier price sadly, so getting them, to move on price i would think would be difficult, but not impossible.
We rent privatly, and to be hoenst saw some right cr*p holes before we were very lucky with the house we have. It was the same price as most of the flats we saw. We rent via an agency, and this is as we found, the best way. We get an offical contract, the all important Deposit protection scheme, and a person to go to if it all goes pearshaped. All the maintaince is provided by the landlord, who seems to be a good guy. He did drop the price by ?50pcm before we moved in. Remember, the second you move in before you do anything, take the meter reads for gas, electricity and if applicable water. Oh, and you will need, if going through an agent, around ?1900 for deposit, fees and 1st months rent! Edit: Just noticed that you are in Bromley. I can Highly recomend KFH in Beckenham and if she is still there, Sherene. Stay away from Curtis haynes , they may have a huge choice, but as agents, they are ****e, rude, and non professional.
