What do you eat for lunch?

So what do you all take for packed lunch? I want to eat more healthily but don't like salads and stuff! I usually have choc biscuit, cake, yoghurt, apple, banana and sauage roll for lunch EVERY day. I know it's not going to be doing me any good so what else can I eat? Please don't suggest salads as I don't like them, and yes I have tried them!

I tend to have pretty much the same every day. A sandwich (usually ham or some other meat on a roll), a low fat yoghurt, a packet of crisps and a couple of pieces of fruit. Dull, but gets the job done!

why not try the lunch's from tesco's and such like. They seam to have nice stuff.

today i have a pitta bread stuffed with Tuna and cucumber it would've have mayonaise but i have forgotten to bring it with me

I'll cook a jacket potatoe in the microwave a work..with a small tin of beans or tuna or cheese.

Low fat cup of soup, Bag of crisps, Choc biscuit, piece of fruit.

Gone from eating whatever i wanted for dinner to the above and lost 2 stone since the end of Jan

Usually, if I have time, I run downstairs to Pret and buy the sandwich I asked them to start selling (slim cheese and pickle), and fruit

But today I got taken to lunch at the IoD and had herb-crusted lamb rump, followed by profiteroles. yummy

I skipped dinner tho!

My standard lunch is a peanut butter sandwich. I am addicted to peanut butter!
