I dunno if the springs are good or bad, but look at this thread where the tricked up SV seems to use them.

They are actually Biturbo forks by the look of em LP, and rear shock too.

Ahh didn't realise they did complete forks to.

Springs are good, and yes Bitubo do forks but they are very costly and worth more than the bike in the other thread!

Bitubo make quality suspension, I should imagine that their springs will be similarly good, whether they suit you/your weight is another matter.
Do you have any more info on your prospective purchase?
