just happened to notice while cleaning the (new) bike the other day that the previous owner had done a paint job on the wheels which is now starting to flake off on the front one. also a good few spatter flecks on the forks, frame, and exhaust which i wouldnt mind removing. any ideas as to how to go about this, both wheels and body, without damaging any of me nice silvery bits?
