Some drunk tried to nick a rickshaw, it caught Mr Anderson's bike & dominoed the others.
Our friendly neighbourhood crime fighter aka Spiderman apprehended the culprit at which point the wheels of justice whirred into action for the Po Po to let him off without so much as a wrap on the knuckles
