International buying problem..

I wonder if anybody can help me?

I ordered rearsets from one second faster, at a grand total of 270 quid, which was almost immediately deposited from my account. This was exactly one month a go. Since then I've sent a couple of emails but I've had no reply.. I'm getting quite peed off now, the status on their website is still "ordered". I want to cancel my order and get a refund, am I within my rights to do this?

These are the rearsets.. I know they're good, Pete and Lissa have them, but if a company takes it upon themselves to deposit the money immediately, knowing they won't manufacture the product for a month or two, I at least expect that they reply to my emails when I send them..

If you paid by credit card or paypal reverse the payment.......easier/quicker through credit card than it is paypal mind.

Hi Sean, they did pretty much exactly the same with us. No replies when I rang them even.

Eventually we got ebay assistance and suddenly they replied to our e-mails.

We did think we had been ripped off initially though.

Thanks for replies. I've just tried to call them, the number has been disengaged

Going to see what my bank can do, as Lissa suggested to me earlier..
