Stand on the left side of the bike and grab the lefr handlebar and the rear subframe on the right hand side of the bike (reach over the top). Pull towards you and the bike wheel should come off the floor. Try to balance the bike on the stand with the front wheel a little higher than the bike so it can't fall off the stand. Once you have it balanced, it is very easy to spin around.

I'm not strong enough to do that, and I have a weak vertebrae at the bottom of my spine........however I have a squeeze with my two in my shed and have to regularly lift the rear by the grabrail, and oik em from side to side........gives you BIG biceps!!!!!
Always stand on the sidestand side if you do this It takes a little more effort, but I have turned my SVs full 360 like this

My drive is stupidly steep with little access into the garage, I do it every time. Pull the grab rail towards you and push down on it to get both wheels to slide and spin it round, it's easy but lean back.
