Default Never a true word spoken (or written)

......... I have had one of those weeks, few issues from past have come to the forefront of my mind and tonight I have had to deal with a family member who I thought didn't care made contact, been horrid day in all and my emotions been all over the place.

This made me cry cause I was sent it when I split with my soul mate in Nov last year and I've stumbled across tonight

Want to share with you guys, those lucky enough to have a great partner will appreciate.

THOSE HURTING RIGHT NOW DON'T PLAY !

Aww cheers guys. I am still tearful today but after a long heart to heart with a very good mate last night I have, I think, worked out what is getting to me, now all I gotta do is work out how to get past it.

So I may be a bit quiet over next week or so while I sort my head out, so if my posts are a bit sparse / blunt I apologise but be WARNED .... I'll be back to normal soon.

thanks guys xxx

Oh glad ya liked my Utube link, kinda nice I think, makes you think don't it?

chin up shell, it does get better, and your not alone in dealing with past issues still,
ive finally plucked up the courage and have booked in to get my exes name that i had done as a tattoo covered up, and now and then i DO get a lil pang of hurt BUT i know it was all for the best and im sooo much happier now-esp as i have a very patient and understand Mr treacle to lean on
You wouldnt be human if you didnt get abit down now and again about whats gone on, me and you went through alot in a short space of time and almost at the same time-trust me-it WILL get easier
