Default Front subframe anger

Hi guys + gals

I just got back from Italy yesterday (wish i stayed) My Sv was involved in a slight crash where the front subframe was slightly bent. I got a K5 POINTY.

I order one from ebay they said it was from a K5 pointy( its a breakers in Manchester blacks, all good there.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=380040006545

Today i tried it and it not the right size. I was scratching my head for ages wondering what was up with it then i compared my old one to the one from ebay and they are different shapes. Granted the one from the breakers was straight it just did not fit the fairings correct on my sv. My old on was a better fit.
What do you think !! are sv 1000 bigger frames than 650s. I feel i was sent the wrong part .

I am now back again to looking for a Front subframe for a pointy please msg me if you have one.
Thanks

Refresh the ebay page - worked 2nd time for me

Looks like a Pointy subframe - could be from a 1000, but I didn't think they were different. It's definitely not a curvey.
You sure you're fitting it right? not upside down

+1. It looks like the subframe I handed to kwak.

Rarer than rocking horse poo to find a straight one & not pay OEM prices.

Paging Lozzo.... (I got mine from him, but then didn't need it, so it went to kwak).

The front subframe on the SV1000 is virtually identical and the only real difference is at the section which bolts to the frame.

New ones are around £119 ish...I believe there may be subtle differences between some of the years as mine (K3) has a different part number to the K4...
