Default Fitting a Leo Vince Carbon to my K7, where is the "how to"?

Have a SV650S K7 ABS that I'm going to fit a carbon leo vince to.

But I need to cut off the OME can, and I'm not sure as to where I have to cut it. Is there a "how to" here? Or should I make one for other stupid people like me.

Have tried searching for it.

Are there any gaskets that has to be replaced one the OME can is removed and installed again?

When I did mine (K3 - Fuel can), I cut 50mm from the weld line on the exhaust - not far from the RH footpeg. Yours might be different tho...

You can get re-connection sleeves to re-connect the OE can - but I would just find a 'friendly' MOT tester

We dont have MOT of motorbikes in Norway

Just random police, state controls.

Thanks for the links!

One more thing. Do you get the heat sheild on again?

I allways have my heel on the sheild. So with no sheild there I would melt my boot

Ah, you have a K7 so I think you'll have a lambda sensor to worry about too. I don't know what the deal is with that but, it's worth finding out about!

Well lets hope it mixes fine. The exhaust is fittet. Sounds and runs great. (In the garage).

Took alot of photoes, so could make a simple "how to" later for us dummies
