Just use a decent sized rawl plug and the correct screw for such an item. Breeze blck is fine, just make sure you drill deep enough to compensate for the plaster board. Drill the hole, then tap the rawl plug into the hole using the screw, then screw your cabinet to the wall. job done.

If its dot and dab better using 2 inch size 10 screws and rawlplugs, the plasterboard fittings that guru suggested but are better in cavity walls with double layer plasterboard.
I'm assuming the cupboards have the offset metal plates on the back of them, is so 1,1/2 screws may be enough, if its the type where you fit a wooden strap to the wall then you will need the 2 inchers. |

Soft thermalite blocks can be a real pain. Best things I've come across are high quality plugs like these Fischer ones
Make sure the hole doesn't drill oversize, maybe do a test hole using 0.5mm smaller drill bit than specified first.

Had similar problems. Ended up using screws that B+Q sold for the purpose of retaining window frames. They were about 4 or 5 inches long. Cupboards still up!
