Does anybody know what fork oil to use and how much to put in a pair of standard SV650S K6 forks.

Depends on your wieght, most people go for 10W or 15W oil. I think they normally come with 7.5W but I'm not 100%. The heavy oil does help calm down the rather skitsh front end, though if you have them off it might be time to swap the springs but you don't have to. I have one with progressive springs and 15W oil and one with just standard springs and 15W oil.

Progressive springs and 10W oil for me. I've heard 15W can make it too stiff and be like iron bars rather than suspension!
