New Batman film...

...Is awesome, go see!

Perhaps I'm turning into an old fogey, but I thought it should have been a 15 rather than a PG-12 and I'd certianly advise the parents on the .org not to take kids younger than 12 to see it.

Just got back from seeing this ... awesome !!! Unfortunately the cinema's air con was up the duff so it was a bit hot towards the end, well what we thought the end was, which was the middle.

Went on a bit .... but gooooooood !!!

I have to say that while I enjoyed it, I wasn't as blown away as I was hoping to be.

I thought Heath Ledger was superb as the joker - especially the raw psychotic brutality of the character (like the disappearing pencil) Rest of the cast were great too. Did feel too long and by the end I was starting to clock watch a bit.

2½ hours i belive?

As good as Batman Begins?

I liked that film, it was action packed whilst still remaining within the realms of plausability.

I preferred Batman Begins (mainly due to the kick ass vfx! . This one remains just a plausible, if not more so.

Maybe I'll go see it sometime soon

I really want to see, as does Kerry, so hopefully going this wekend if we can get a ticket (which may be pretty hard).

Batman Begins was really good, loved it, and loved it again when it was on C4 the other night.

I actually slightly preferred it to Batman Begins (although I liked that a lot too). It does remain fairly plausible, as superhero films go, and there is more action in this than the first film and it gets into the action quicker.
