Default Restricted SV650S

Hey guys. I have bought a K3 pointy shape sv650s. I had it restricted to 33bhp, and it runs like a dream... at 40 or above. But at 30, like town riding, its not very noticeable, but you can feel it.

Its hard to describe but like a tugging sensation, like bacvk and forward, like the engine is choking, (kind of like th efeeling when your running out of petrol) but only ever so slightly noticeable, but i notice these kind of things?

Any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated?

many thanks, andy

TPS adjustment and a throttle balance should sort that.

Try there for the TPS adjustment.

Throttle body balancing you need gauges for to see the relative vacuum pressure for each cylinder and match them up that way.

Mine did this when running on fuel from an out of the way petrol station in a small village. Filled up at a BP garage back in civilisation and it sorted it straight away. Might be worth a try if you haven't filled up in a while.

Mine does this as well
Keeping revs steady helps
You do get used to it all after a while and I've been told its a quirkyness that goes with it
Enjoy the ridin

No it isn't. It's lean surging that comes with not servicing it!
