Default Scorpion Exhaust SWAP

Hi there,

does anybody have an original exhaust system and some cash in exchange for my Scorpion exhaust system with K&N filter worth £400?

Otherwise the insurance will get hold of it!

All the best,
Nadine

Are you sure it's a 'Scorpion Full suystem' ?

As far as I'm aware Scorpion never made a full system for the SV650. It might well be a Micron full system or you just have a Scorpion Slip On mated to the OE down pipes.

If you can get a pic, I'm sure we'd be able to let you know what the score is.

I've got an OE End Can + used air filter can you can have for postage(and a tenner for the connecting sleeve). You can then sell the bits you have taken off

Ben

Ben

Hi Ben, I don't want to contradict you, but to be honest I am quiet sure it is a full system from scorpion, because it was fitted on the bike by the dealer who originally sold it, and the bill (I have still got the orignial receive somewhere) was about £500 including labour. When I bought the bike from the first owner, the system was already fitted - but for example, the standard can does not fit on it.

So basically, whe I got the bike, I was given two cans with one fitting pipe system EACH. What do you think? There is no writing or any number on the pipes, so I would not know more about it...

Thank you very much for your generous offer - I want to make use of it, but without the pipes I don't think it is going to work...

Pipes anyone? lol

ah, and here I found an archive picture with the original exhaust still on - I think you can see that the pipe's angle is a bit different?

(In this picture, the original system was put on for the MOT)
