Default neighbours that borrow everything

My neighbour is beggining to take the p1ss now, he borrows anything he can get his hands on, he's just bought his daughter a second hand laptop, she turned it on and picked up our wireless hub and they were round asking if they could piggyback our internet connection, lazy, jobshy tw*t.

Hey! At least they asked.

Whenever I find a wireless network, I just use it.
