New range of tractor engines coming from Milwaukee to sort it I hear.

TBH fella, you can run any modern engine hard from purchase. Like a new car, harder its ridden at first, it'll make slightly more power, but do less overall miles.

Run it in smooth, will make less total pwoer, but probably be more reliable and last longer.

Also not his bike, it was put on the RR for a reason.

That is pretty mad power... What i think they will start doing is the whole big/long bang power soon so to try and limit the power. Big/long bang engines make a little less power but they get more grip.

Crazy numbers.

Im impressed with MV too as their claimed dry weight is actually right. I think they claim 197KG, not like the others that make up a number that sounds good

TBH, the reason my dad sold his MV was due to
a) Shoulder wind pain (which has turned out to be a ripped muscle).
b) Top weight. He thinks it was a really top heavy bike, but fast as hell

It does all depend where the bike carries it's weight. I jumped on a friends Mille and it felt a lot lighter than my RR. All the weight must be in the belly pan or something. It looks a physically big bike, but feels really light.
