Default Van contents insurance - non-trade

Hi,

Does anyone know a company that does contents insurance for vans where you don't have to be a tradesman or company to get it?

My one doesn't

Cheers

I went to confused.com last night, followed a link for a van, filled in details and when asked for the useage I could select SDP only (instead of use for trade etc). Voila, Toyota Hilux 2.4 diesel for £110 with 0 NCD.
Previously i have used evan (as in the van arm of ebike) for my nissan urvan.

Sorry didn't really make myself clear, I have actually got insurance through e-van which is working fine. The only thing is like a lot of van policies they don't cover "goods" inside the van, so its just contents insurance I am after.

Sorry, Now I see what you are after.
You could google 'goods in transit insurance' which brings up plenty of hits, but doubt thats what you are really after.
http://www.autonetinsurance.co.uk/van-insurance/ points out that you can get contents insurance - but I guess you would need to get it included with a new policy
