Where've you been today then?

Me - started at Tescos in Shrewsbury, then A528/B4376 to Wem and on to Whitchurch, A495 to Ellesmere, A528/A539 to Ruabon and on to Llangollen, then up the Ponderosa. Howling gale up the Horseshoe Pass, not nice. Llangollen was rammed - lots of peeps on the steam railway and a lot of canoe folk on the River Dee - river was very high and lots of white water. Then back to Shrewsbury via Chirk, to avoid the high bridge on the A5 - I'm still terrified of high bridges - I'm getting a lot better but my excuse today was the near hurricane blowing across north Wales

Bike was in pristine nick at the start, now looking rather sorry for itself.

Saw lots of bikes out but nobody I knew up the Pondy. Was somehow expecting to meet kwak but no dice.

But the two statements are not necessarily linked and your other posts on here suggest a rather more interesting lifestyle

I went in to Swindon this morning to get some DIY stuff from B&Q, why aren't bikers friendly in Swindon any more?

this morning i have been to J&S in filton....Hienne Garrick Gloucester rd and fowlers trying to find some protective trousers......i have tried on about 8 pairs so far....and not one set have fitted right...either the knee protection is right but the waist is wrong....or the waist is right but the knee protaction is on my shins!!....

i will shortly be off to george whites in swindon if the mrs hurries up and does her bloody hair!!!!!

front room watching motogp, bathroom, kitchen for scooby snacks, and down to the garage to get the tiger ready for work tomorrow! its ****ing down now and i have to go shopping and walk the mutt.
