Uncut white bread sliced to approx half inch thich
butter the bread liberal quantity of tommy ketchup applied to each slice of bread bacon has to be smoked back, cooked so rind is just starting to crisp 4 slices bacon per sarnie eat. enjoy there, i have just described the perfect bacon sandwich ![]() oh maybe if feeling lavish maybe a fried egg slung on top.... |

And forget the smoked bacon, plain, dry cured back is best. Brown sauce, runny fried egg times two, perfecto!
