a house in the village "trimmed up" last week, they have a big inflateable snow man and lots of lights etc

I hate it when people put stuff like that up in their garden. It's as bad as a broken caravan or a washing machine or half a sofa etc

don't mind it in december but not now!
we've got two houses that outdo each other every year dec's go up earlier and earlier.
though in cumbersmeg there's a whole street that like a little america - glad i don't live there but its great to go and see!

Hovis why are you supprised theres houses in the valleys that keep trimmings up all year

then again it does snow in merthyr in july!!

I was in Edinburgh last weekend doing some christmas shopping in Jenna's and they were switching on all their christmas lights.

Not sure when my tree will be going up this year.

Funny you should mention that, I've just come off a 2 year fixed price deal......wonder how much mine is going to go up....I'll be switching straight away if it has...energy prices are dropping along with oil.

my gas and electric direct debits were 70 pounds per month for both, they have just gone up to just over 100 per month and I'm in debt 90 with the leccie my supplier is southern electric and gas.
