Default Beard Advice Please.

I haven't shaved for over a week now and i have the makings of a decent beard. I am beginning to like the look, and the Mrs thinks it looks nice too.

The only problem is that it is very itchy. It kept me awake last night it was so itchy.

Is there anything i can put on it to make it itch less? Does this just go away when it gets a bit longer?

tvm.

Wash it every day, give it a good scrub to help soften it up, then give it a comb. While your at it, shave a nice handle bar tash like mine, there all the fashion don't you know.

Thanks for all the very helpful advice everyone.

I've tried shampoo and conditioner, and that didn't seem to work. I'll try giving it a comb - but i'm not sure its long enough yet.

If its still itching my tomorrow its coming off.

Itchy stage lasts about a week..... It itches like the devil, then you've cracked it... takes some real will power to leave it alone,,,
