Default insurance robbery question again

can some one help me with a little problem

i collect some cool points from the Hampshire constabulary last month for being cool, got my licence back this morning so according to the lerr i now how to fess up to the insurance

now i've not even got onto my bike policy yet as im still trying to sort out my car, no doubt the bike policy will go up but m going to cancle it anyway as im pi55ed off with there imcompatance anyway and i wont go quitely

the day i got pulled over to accept my reward i ran a insurance qoute for the car and it was no difference from what i was paying now, tried to update my policy about 30 mins ago and they want to charge me 75 quid more

when i started driving i was on my dads policy for his van before i had a car for about 6 months and now had my own policy as a named driver for 6 months, does that now mean i have a years NCB?

now i want to cancle my car policy simply as just that years experience nocks 300 quid off the price but if i now have a years no claims aswell it more than halfs the policy price

anyone know?

Never heard such nonsense in all my life!

Points are just to be declared at renewal time

IMO I accept no responsibility for the above - just my take on it.

Otherwise I would have to have my ins. co. on speed dial

As for the rest, no, 2 x 6 months does not equal 1 NCB. Just leave all your policies to run their course. sort out what you want on renewal. Cancelling's a mugs game, you get bugger all back & lose your months of NCB

Then don't.
That's more than the prize the points came with
If you've alreay gone and told them just say you made a mistake it was all lies

You only accrue NCD on your own policy so you need to keep it until it is a year old to get that.Thats the time to shop around for a new policy that doesnt mess you about.
