Default Newbie hello

I've been lurking about here for a week or two but thought I should post as I've just passed my test this week and I'm on the look out for an sv . As its a first bike I'm going to go for something around the 2k mark and just have some fun with it. So hello people

Will it? I've been looking about on bike trader etc and 2000/1 curvys appear to be around my budget. Thats trade though, as being new to bikes I'm a little reluctant to buy private.

Thanks for the welcome guys, and the comments on the name, its a mitch hedberg reference (there's nothing scarier than a soft focus monster )
