Over the last couple of days when i have started my bike my choke sticks on when i turn it of it still revs at about 3 to 4000 revs and coughs and splutters until it is warm should i be worried

Dont know weather this is connected but i took of my Scottoiler off it and the pipe connecting i just taped up

double check your pipe. Your choke cable/plungers /springs might be sticking so try scooting some lube down the cable and work it backward and forward a few times to see if it makes any diff-let us know how it goes
