Its not that great BUT if you are looking for kit its pretty good.

Not necessarily because of bargains, their prices are usually on a par with the web minus the postage costs, but you do get to see/try the whole range of kit in one place.

For example a mate a couple of years ago wanted a specific pair of boots that none of the usual suspects stocked, but got to try them on at the show, he then went home and ordered them online.

So if you are looking for that kind of thing, then its good, also you may see some things that you never thought exsisted..........

It's only worth doing if you're looking to buy a new lid or something. The saving (and even that might not be much) should cover the cost of the ticket and travel so you effectively get to wander round a giant showroom and tat market for an afternoon for free.

The stunt shows make a reasonable diversion for 15 minutes or so but it's unlikely to be anything you've not seen before.

As has already been said it's orientated more towards gear than bikes (although the main players usually have a presence).

Last year I managed to get over a grand's worth of Rukka gear + a pair of Sidi boots for £700

Similar deals in previous years - 2 piece leathers for £250 (reduced from £700 marked up at £399)

Providing you don't have to have the latest colour scheme or fashionable must-have items then there are good deals to be had - but that's only of interest if you're looking for new / replacement gear, isn't it ?
