Default AA use bollards as car hoists;)

Just seen this on the news, AA van recovered a bmw and towed it into a carpark? As it went through the barriers the automatic bollards came up under the bmw hoisting it into the air. Brilliant

No doubt it will be on utube then linked here just shortly.

A spokesman said: “The patrolman was assured that it was fine to proceed through the barrier. He did everything by the book and drove through in good faith.”

Yeah by the Green light that lets "ONE" vehicle through at a time . The lights then change to Red once they sense the way is clear ....... like the gap left between an AA van and a rather expensive BMW . Lovely

Not the AA mans fault, the numpty they have employed at the car park was to blame.

Absolutely correct, he asked for and was given advice that allowed him to continue, not the AA man's fault at all.
