I'm thinking of buying another, crappy little bike, studded tyres or whatever, 125 or up i guess, just for the crap weather this country brings.
I don't want to ride my SV to work too much in tropical thunderstorms (as if). So yeh, a cheap as chips bike to insure, drop it a million times and replace nothing kinda bike. What we got? (this isn't an advert, i don't wanna buy one yet as such, i just want advice on what to buy if i did ![]() I had a look in other places and over autotrader but i don't know what i'm looking for... kinda hard. |

If i had the money mate, thats what i would be doing..
Depends, waht capaciaty you looking for? A yam DT125, a aprillia MX125 (includes blue smoke and 2 stroke sound :P) emm a chinese import, get a new AJS for £1000~. Depends how much you're looking to spend, if the same as me, (cheap b@stard student) then not as much as £1000.. I do want a trailie kinda bike for some 'legal' green laning.. |

OOOh yeah i bet
![]() Nah i don't wanna spend real money to be honest, just a cheap-ass thing that i might buy next month. DRZ's look really fun to be honest, might even be tempted to take it off-road (that'll be a laugh)! But i'm a cheapskate, so i was looking at something i'd pick up for under half a grand. Thanks tho guys ![]() |

Liz bought this of ebay for £300
Honda XLR 125, cheap to insure, goes for ever on a gallon of petrol to. Granted it isnt the fasted bike in the world, but it was cheap and if it gets dropped well TBH I dont really care ![]()
