paint code for silver parts on curvy?

does anyone know what is the paint code or type of paint for the silver parts on a curvy, eg. swingarm, hangers, etc.

I dont think theres a particular paint code for them to be honest, all i could suggest would be to go to a paint supplier and look at the colour chips and find the closest match

Do you need to respray something or just slight touch it up? I would imagine you could get away with any close silver just touching up.

what i want to do is referb damaged parts, so i need to be able to respray really

i would strongly reccomend using a 2k paint type because of its strength, cellulose and arcrylic paint is crap

well it will be various parts, any of the silver parts. i would like to use the exact same process or as close as possible to the manufacture process

You could always take the silver parts off and get them all stripped and powder coated silver at the same time, will be chepa and they will all match.

fail in that you will need to use 2k paint because the bike will be exposed to all kinds of things when its out and celly or arcrylic will not be strong enough.

theres mk paints by me that will match the paint or there is a supplier in bedford im just trying to think of there name, they too will be able to match it.

In all honesty, Silver Smoothrite paint is nearest damn it.

I'd imagine it'd be hard to get 2k now, I got some last february a month after it was made illegal but the spray shop said they were enforcing it pretty well.
