Why is he saying "booby" at the beginning?

It's an interesting watch but I'd hate for a camera to be recording me, especially while eating! And I don't much like seeing others eat either...

Thats such a good idea for a video!
I've been to a sushi bar before. Theyre quite expensive, and not very filling...
