So How Long Do/Did You Own An SV For?
Did you/ have you had an SV for?
We had one for almost 7 years, whereas some people seem to have one for a very short time. Just interested to know.

Nearly 1 year for my SV1000 (not from new) |

Had the SV from August 2005 to September 2008, so just over 3 years, did over 30k miles on it too....all for pleasure

Hmmmm... well technically I still own mine so that'd be 7.5 years, although after 2 years 3 months and 153,000 miles from new it was taken off the road for a Speed Triple.

10 months from new, first bike, but it did bite the end of my thumb off so it had to be punished

My K5 1000S for 17 months to present with 18,000mile on it now (bought with 3,500miles) |
