i can get hold of a pair of motrax magic mushys for bout a tenner new of a mate just wondering if there would be and fairing mod needed as i have full fairing on a curvy

Yes, you'll need to drill a hole in the lower fairing for the mushroom to come through. Personally I wouldn't go for Motrax mushrooms, most people would recommend Motosliders for the SV (although you'd need to cut the fairings for these too, but in a different place)

+1 on the dont buy them, they are rubbish.

Yep, they don't stick out far enough and they're not strong. Motrax replaced them with the DHMs, which to be honest are also rubbish.

Hi,

I've just beem searching posts to find out how effective Motrax Magic Mushrooms are going to be on my curvy before I drill the fairings. Referring to Northwinds point that they don't stick out far enough, is this really the case? They do look a little on the short side.. Any input or suggestions appreciated.
