Default Gear shift lever

I'm after a gear shift lever for a 2001 Curvey, does anyone have a spare that they'd be able to get to me by Friday?

I've stupidly just dropped the bike leaning it over onto the stand which had tucked itself away on the garage door whilst moving it out of the garage and the toe selector has just pinged off.

If anyone can help I'd be really grateful!

Thanks for that, looks like it could be a good option, but a bit pricey for a temporary solution!

Not temporary.
i have the one you drill in (replacement peg ) not those fixer ones, cost me £5/£6 delivered and its still going strong now, might be better than the standard one really.
see if i can grab a pic for you.

Ah, I was looking at the fixer ones. Are these easy to fit?

Small picture as i cropped it down, but you get the idea and is a dead sight cheaper than the whole lever which comes in about £20

File the broken bit fat...or flat enough for the botton of the peg to fix, as it is a rectangle at the bottom not round.
Then drill the right sized hole ( comes with basic instructions )
then bit of lock tight and do it up nice and tight with allen key and your hand on the peg and ....tadaaa brand new peg.
I thought it was better than the original.

Cool, thanks for that. Will have a think over night. To be honest it might be worth £20 for a new lever to avoid the swearing / drilling hole in finger scenario!

Thanks for the advice and the pic
