Well it's coming up in a couple of weeks, and i was wondering what (if anything) everyone does to celebrate it?
I think its really just an excuse to get drunk, because i suppose thats sterotypically what the irish do best. Personally i hope to go out on the night and drink plenty of guinness. It surprises me how the british celebrate it so much more than their saint Georges day, and can i assume the same for the welsh and scottish? (i dont know if its the same for you.) |

Last year we bought 2 kegs of Guiness and drank the lot between 10 of us, very good day.
Not sure this year though! Makro has closed down ![]() |
