just fitting my HEL brake lines that the missus bought me for Christmas and discovered that the thread on the master cylinder banjo bolt is different to the threads in the calipers and, of course, the thread on the banjo bolt that HEL include in the kit.
WTF? Why Suzuki? WHY? WHY? WHY? As a temporary measure i've just used the existing banjo bolt and connected one caliper. Does anyone know what the thread size is as i didn't think to measure it before reusing it and i'd rather not pi55 brake fluid all over the place taking it out again. Cheers |

seems this is a common mistake that HEL make. i'll call them tomorrow to get the correct bolt. In the meantime i have discovered that the double banjo in the junction block in the original setup is the thread i need so i'm just going to use that for the time being. is just isn't stainless!
