its a problem. The best i found for my little miss ophic was to get some draggin jeans with knee protectors. She's very short and normal bike kit ends up with the kneepads almost round her ankles. The draggin jeans kneepads just velcro to the inside, so can be moved anywhere.
The bad bit is, you'll need waterproofs too. Most places sell them. Got these from HG.

Heine Gericke do children's sizes, maybe worth a try. I know of a few ladies gone that route.

I'm pretty short(!) and have had trouble finding gear that fits properly. I would suggest girlsbike2 also but do try hein garrick (excuse spelling). I've got two piece leathers from there and they are not too bad. Never thought of trying kids sizes, good tip!
![]() You could always get the leathers and have them altered. I know a good leather repairer / alterer. Very reasonably price and brilliant quality of work but she does get a bit booked up, especially at the moment cos everybody wants their track leathers repaired. ![]() |
