Default OCD on your sports can?

Went for a quick run into town this morning.
Traffic on a saturday as usual is rubbish so I decided to take the bike (free parking outside HG swayed it too).

When I get back from using the bike, I always give it a quick wipe down, get rid of the flys ect.
I took a quick look at the can and couldnt remember ever properly polishing it, either on this bike of the last (another sv).

20 mins later after a bit of t-cut...

i remember using t-cut on a customers vehicle when i was 19, just used a little on the wing of a brand new transit to remove a small imperfection.
needless to say our paintshop had the job of a respray.
